Recruiting and Retaining the BEST in the Yachting Industry

Best recruiter in the business by far! Knows what he’s talking about and is so invested in finding you the best position fitted for you and genuinely cares about where he places you. Couldn’t be more stoked and more grateful working with him!

I just wanted to say a very big thank you for placing me in such great temp jobs whilst I navigate this freelancing journey. I feel it is hard to find a yacht agent that genuinely cares where you are being placed, but since we have started working together, job after job I have found myself extremely happy. I am constantly commended on the format of my CV, which I owe to you. You are a legend. Thank you!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! SeaDaine really deliver a high quality personal service. They helped me so much! Can't speak highly enough of their service. A Marvel to know!

It is so refreshing to be given "The Personal Touch" again...Very rare these days. Onya Chris...

Awesomely positive and extremely motivated to get you the right position for you! Treats you like a friend, not just a client. Couldn't recommend him more.

Chris is always looking out for you and what best would suit you. He is very attentive and makes sure it's the right position for you. You can ask him anything and he will always give you guidance in what you can do. Cannot recommend him enough. Thanks again, Chris.

One of the few recruiters who knows what he is doing and talking about. Always offers sound advice and looks out for the employee's best interests as well as what the employer is actually looking for. He's helped me find work on a number of occasions and I could not recommend him enough, best man for the job when it comes to recruitment for superyachts.

With his personal flare and attention to ascertaining your unique crewing needs, Chris secures you the perfect candidate every time.

He is highly communicative, personable and professional to work with. He puts countless hours into learning about the applicant to ensure that he is placing the right person on the right vessel.

He is the only person that I use for crewing and I will take him with me to every boat I go!

Chris Daine is, without a shadow of a doubt, the best agent in the industry.

Chris went through my CV. We completely revamped it and he edited 6 drafts of it! He understands the industry and what each job role takes. I was ready to write a review before Chris even secured me a position. He is invested and actually cares, his enthusiasm and encouragement is completely refreshing. I couldn’t recommend Sea Daine Recruitment more!

Your advice on improving my CV and encouraging me to apply for more senior roles made a huge difference in my career progression.

Following your guidance, I secured a Lead Deck/Bosun position on a 58m yacht, which I’ve been thoroughly enjoying. Since joining, I’ve also been given the opportunity to step into a chase boat captain role for the upcoming season, allowing me to make full use of my Yachtmaster certification. I genuinely don’t think I would be in this position without your input and encouragement.

Your professionalism, insight into the industry, and ability to guide candidates in the right direction really set you apart. You took the time to understand my experience and pushed me to aim higher, which has paid off significantly.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you and to any crew looking to progress in their careers.

Thanks again for all your help, and I hope our paths cross again in the future.
