Christopher Daine
Beginning my first career in the offshore financial services sector, specialising in both the fiduciary and statutory needs of my clients and managing a portfolio of over 250 individuals, I made my initial career change at the age of 27.
In search of a new challenge, I became a certified sailing and water sports instructor, which ultimately led me to the superyacht industry. Over the following six and half years, I honed my deck skills aboard catamarans, sailing yachts, and motor yachts up to 110 meters, steadily advancing to the role of First Officer.
After deciding to return shoreside in 2011, I decided to remain closely connected to the yachting industry. Retraining as a recruitment consultant, I have been building on my experience over the last thirteen years developing my skills and earning a good reputation within the industry.
Now with twenty years in yachting, I have built strong, ongoing relationships with yacht owners, captains, and management companies, and believe that my understanding of the industry and commitment to providing a quality service has made me a trusted partner for many.
I place great emphasis on developing lasting relationships with crew, ensuring ongoing connections and support as they progress in their careers.
